Edgecombe and Nash County Youth Health Survey Due by February 28, 2019

As a part of the work of the Twin Counties Partnership for Healthier Communities, the 3C’s (Communication, Collaboration, and Community Engagement) Workgroup will be hosting a Youth Assembly later this spring. Our goal is to bring together youth from across the Twin Counties so they can:
build relationships and understanding
determine their vision of a perfectly healthy Twin Counties
identify the health issues they see as most urgent in the Twin Counties
begin to work on moving the Twin Counties from our current state of health to a healthier state
We invite you and your organization to not only participate in the assembly, but also to help shape the assembly by completing the short survey in the following link:
The answers you and your youth share in the survey will help us create an assembly that best fits the youth of our communities!! Please share the link with your organization’s youth in the 8th-11th grades as appropriate. In addition, please forward this email to leaders of other youth-serving organizations in the Twin Counties who may like to be involved.
Once we have received all the survey results and had a chance to review them, we will be in touch with additional details. Please respond to the survey as soon as possible, but no later than 2/28/2019.
