The Twin Counties Partnership is a network of people and organizations working together to promote and support health, wellness, and unity in Edgecombe and Nash counties, NC.
What We Do
The Twin Counties Partnership seeks to improve the health and wellbeing of all residents of Edgecombe and Nash counties. We currently have action plans for three focus areas.
