200 Community Volunteers Unite to Build a New Playground at Aycock Park Volunteers from Blue Cross and Blue Shield of North Carolina (Blue Cross NC), Rocky Mount Housing Authority, the City of Rocky Mount and the community will join KaBOOM! on Wednesday, August 29th at Aycock Park to transform this empty site into a kid-designed, state-of-the-art playground in just six hours.
